* A unique fitness class combines the joy of dancing with a holistic, conditioning workout.

Warming up from head to toe, then dance the great fun latin steps / pop&Jazz, followed by  strengthening exercises, body conditioning and finishes with deep stretching and breathing.

* A "fun" work out with various types of dancercise and music to strengthen and tone our bodies, whilst inspiring and calming our minds to release tension & stress.

*Teens are welcome too

Time:    weekday or Saturday afternoons

Venue:  TC North Park Activity Room 

Dress:  Sport wear with Trainers / Non slippery socks / Bare feet

Fee:      $100 for a trial                       

             Afterwards, $700 for 5 consecutive sessions (*can be shared with someone)

             or $1200 for 10 consecutive sessions (*can be shared with someone) 

             or $160 for one session


*Please bring a yoga mat for floor exercise
